I called/emailed quite a few places just for comparison sake and PMI were by far the most reasonable. I don't always believe that the lowest price is best and there is a saying that "you get what you pay for". Well, I got excellent service, quick replies, speedy installation and a price that was super competitive. PLUS Jason & Sally Threet are the nicest people. This is a family business and it is obvious that they care about the work that they do. They are professional and answered all of my questions. They replaced both springs on my 2 car garage door, checked everything, lubricated the tracks and were done in less than 30 minutes. Our garage door is working better than ever! I recommend them for any of your garage door service needs. I highly recommend PMI!

One of the springs on our double garage door broke. The door came off the rails and was hanging in midair. We called several garage door repair companies and the repair estimates ranged between expensive and outrageous. Then, we called PMI. They came out within a couple of hours of our call and had the door fixed in a few minutes. They replaced several parts and the price they charged was less than half of the other quotes. The door works better than it ever has. Sally and Jason are professional, very knowledgeable (he has 27 years experience) and some of the nicest people you will ever meet. We are thrilled with their service and highly recommend them!
